Meet Crystal:
I'm a St. Louis Native,
with a passion for
serving my community.
Since childhood, I have always been drawn to art-making as a means of expression, connection and comfort.
Art processing in therapy has allowed me another avenue for connection with children, parents and families
to build and develop skills to overcome life’s difficulties.
Though originally from the St. Louis area,
I have rediscovered the joys that this city offers
through the eyes of my own children. In my spare time,
I enjoy going on adventures around the city with my husband and two kids. We as a family enjoy board-games, biking, roller coasters, playgrounds and
art-making in our backyard studio.
This means that I have the training and experience
to meet the needs of individuals and families
on many different levels. I have over 15 years of experience serving children, adolescents and adults
from a variety of settings. I have worked in hospitals, residential placements, schools and
community based agencies.
In addition to my art therapy training,
I am trained in DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT and Play Therapy. This wide variety of experiences allows me to
creatively integrate approaches to meet each individual where they are. Additionally, I operate from a strengths based approach; a lens from which I tease out each individuals' strengths to weave a new, healthier narrative.

The space is set up with a "safe space" puppet theater, perfect for individual or family interventions.
